Policy and Terms


We accept returns/exchanges on defective merchandise only. There are no refunds. Defective merchandise must be reported within 7 days of receipt of goods, and must be returned no later than 10 days of receipt of goods. The defective merchandise will then be replaced or repaired at our discretion. Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the exact same item, if that item is out of stock, the appropriate dollar amount will be credited to your account. 

No returns/exchanges will be accepted without a return authorization number. Customer must obtain a return authorization number from artconnection international through email or telephone. All merchandise returned, must be in its original packaging, new, and unused. If return/exchange merchandise has been used the merchandise will be refused.

Return/exchange items must be returned through a delivery carrier that can trace the shipment; all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please be aware that our enamel is not guaranteed and can wear off when in contact with certain chemicals found in body lotions, sunscreens, perfumes, chlorine, etc.


We accept, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, Visa, Master Card and American Express.

Checks will require clearance of funds. Please allow ten (10) banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We can not guarantee the availability of item(s).
